Refund Policy

Digital products

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital files, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded, except where required by law.

When we will refund

We will approve a refund and ask our payment processor (Creem) to issue it when:

• The file is defective, corrupted, or does not match the product description;
• You were charged twice for the same order;
• You did not receive your download link and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days.

EU & UK statutory rights

The 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. Downloading the file constitutes such consent.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number (PW-…) and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed by Creem and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All refunds and chargebacks are executed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem's Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction.
