License

When you purchase a digital file from HomePrintWall, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the artwork for personal use or as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, or include the file in any product for sale.

Digital delivery

Products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Download links are valid for 72 hours and allow up to 5 downloads. If your link expires, you can re-issue it from your order page at any time, free of charge.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical problem, contact us and we will make it right — see our Refund Policy.

Credits

HomePrintWall offers a virtual, account-bound Credit balance used only to redeem digital downloads. Credits are not cash, not transferable, and not redeemable for money. Top-ups, refunds, and anti-money-laundering controls for Credits are governed by our Credits — Top-up & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Payment, refunds & Creem as Merchant of Record

Payments for all purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), which acts as the Merchant of Record and the contractual reseller of your purchase. Creem handles payment processing, calculates and remits VAT/GST/sales tax based on your billing address, and issues the invoice in its own name. HomePrintWall is the creator, owner, and licensor of the digital artwork, and remains responsible for the product, its delivery, customer support, and honouring the refund commitments in our Refund Policy and Credits Policy.

Refund eligibility is determined by HomePrintWall, but all refunds and chargebacks are executed exclusively by Creem (our payment processor) back to your original payment method. Creem's Buyer Terms of Service also apply to your purchase and to your use of Creem's checkout and customer portal, and take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency regarding the payment transaction.
